WOMAN DIPLOMAT HURT IN CHASING RUNAWAY CAR While on her honeypioon tour addressing Democratic rallies, Dr. Ruth Bryan Rohde, recently retired U.S. Minister to Denmark, and first American woman diplomat, broke her left leg while trying to clamber into a runaway car. While she was making a speech at a picnic ground at Washington, Indiana, Mr Rohde attempted to turn their ca> round on a hillside. The car, however, got" out of control,, and began rolling toward the lake. She stopped her speech and gave chase.
