Action Against Mr. Patterson This Week. Press Association-Copyright. Sydney, December 7. A statement was made to-night by Lieutenant Dewar, who is conducting class instruction in gunnery’ at Albury. He said further action on behalf of Mrs Freer would originate in New Zealand on Friday. He added that the information on which the Minister of the Interior, Mr J. Patterson, acted came not from any official source but. from a man who once believed himself in favour •with Mrs Freer and who threatened he would have her prohibited from entering Australia.
