Powers Warned Of Coming Air Atactks. Press Association —Copyright. Received 10 a.m. To-day. London, December 3. A message from Burgos says that General Franco has notified the Powers that there will be frequent day and night air attacks on the zone between Alicante and Malaga and upon presumed enemy ships in Spanish territorial waters. Mines have been laid in the harbour for months.
