STRATFORD CARNIVAL
Arrangements Made By Windsor Park Society. The Windsor Park Society met with representatives of different local sporting and other bodies last night to make arrangements for the carnival at Windsor Park. Dr. Doris Gordon presided. A programme of events was drawn up and arrangements for control of gates and for the protection of the park during the carnival were made.
