Lord Desborough has pointed out. that the cinema industry is becoming a serious menace to the future of the wild duck, for their eggs produce some necessary ingredient for a particular him process, and consequently north-east Europe is being scoured for eggs. Whatever the future fate of the duck, in England he has a good memorial in the works of Roland Green, who not only paints birds but creates the atmosphere of tht| Broads.
