LEAGUE COUNCIL.
To Investigate Spanish Allegations. London, Dec. 1. , It is generally expected the League of Nations Council will be summoned to consider the Spanish Government’s appeal for investigation of alleged interference in Spain by Germany and Italy about the middle of next week or on December 10. The Titles says the British Gov-* ernment share others’ doubts about the opportuneness of the Spanish a> peal but it has been quick to see that the Council must meet to consider it.
