FRANCE AND BRITAIN
Reciprocity Of Guarantees Arranged. Press Association —Copyright. London, Nov. 30. M. Delpos, French Foreign Minister, states that he will shortly announce tiiat France will assume the samobligations to Britain as those assumed to France by Mr. R. A. Eden, states the Paris correspondent o® the Daily Mail. This commits France to support Britain on land, sea and air against unprovoked aggression. Thus for the first time since the war Britain becomes guaranteed as, well as a guarantor. The Italian Ambassadors in London and Paris have been instructed, while not formally protesting, to point out that a League of Nations discussion of the Spanish situation would tend gravely to disturb European relations, says the Daily Mail.
