I ATHLETICS FINANCE. The committee of the Stratford i Amateur Athletic and Cycling Club decided last night to accept the ■ Borough Council’s terms of 1/- per i member for the use of the Victoria ' Park ground for the season. It was ■ also decided that no registration fees would be paid for athletes who were not financial members.

LEFT ON SHOWGROUNDS. That people who attend shows are as absent-minded as those who travel in railways, street cars, etc., is the experience of the Stratford A. and P. Association over a number of years. After last week’s show a large number of odds and ends of property were collected. All this has now been reclaimed with the exception of a lady’s fur, a child’s sun-hat and a child’s purse.
