Attack On Mr. Eden’s Speech In Belgium.

While Belgium declares that a similar statement to Mr. Eden's cabled, made in 191 1 would have prevented the war, German newspapers attack .the speech as one-sided. The Deutsche Diploinatische Korrespondenz, which is regarded as voicing the views of the Foreign Office, complains that Mr. Eden indicated only one source as threatening world peace, whereas Russia is clearly dangerous/
