REVOLT IN ECUADOR.

Attack On President’s Palace. Press Association —Copyright. New York, November 28. The correspondent of the York Tinies at Guayaquil (Ecuador) reports that a revolt of an artillery regiment, supported by a few civilians and an attack on the Presidential Palace at Quito, resulted in 50 deaths and 100 people being wounded. The revolt is ascribed to a former President, but it is not expected to be successful because of the overwhelming superiority of the Government forces.
