NOTICE is hereby given in terms of section 92 of the Act that the Commission has granted an application by the Dominion Breweries Limited for a new tavern premises licence proposed to be situated on an area of land of 3-acres 1-rood situated in the Township of Reporoa. The land has a frontage on to Broadlands Road and the mid-point of that frontage is 150-yards from the Post Office which is situated on the corner of Junction Road and Reporoa Road. Within thirty days after the first publication of this notice, any person of or over the age of twenty years residing within a radius of one quarter of a mile from a point at the middle of the frontage to the land on which the new premises will be situated may, by notice in writing, object to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Box 12244, Wellington North, against the proposal to establish the tavern premises on the site on the grounds — (a) That the site is in the immediate vicinity of a place of public worship, hospital or school; or (b) That the objector will be adversely affected by the establishment of the tavern on the site.
