Frost no bar to field day

A heavy frost did not deter 47 people attending the field day of the Royal Forest & Bird Protection Society at Lake Rotopounamu on Sunday. The day took the form of a walk round the lake, with stops at intervals, during which the speaker, Mr Gerald Bennett, outlined the various types of flora found in the area. In addition the following
