BRIGADE INSPECTED

The casualty simulation team of Taupo 's St John Ambulance Brigade is to play "injured" at the Bay of PlentyTaupo District competitions to be held in September. ^ The team will also do the same make-up routine for the national competitions a month later. This was announced in Taupo on Saturday by the Brigade's District Commissioner, Dr R. G. Howes, of Rotorua, who said he was very impressed with the team. In the past, it has supplied the "injured" to many emergency exercises in the Taupo area. Dr Howes was in Taupo for his annual inspection of the brigade last weekend.
