Hastings international, Stuart Jones, won his third N.Z. Golf News tournament in four years at the Wairakei resort course on Saturday. His three- over par 76 gave him a three stroke advantage over P. McLauchlin, of Shandon. The lower divisions resulted:- — Intermediate, D. Robertson (Te Pohue) 82, C. Badland (Napier) 82, R. Rogers (Maungakiekie) 83. Junior, H. Parslow (Trentham) 86, W. Prior (Manukau) 92. Mrs Jean Whitehead (Manawatu) headed the women's field with 78, followed by Mrs G. Bannan (Titirangi) 79 and Mrs R. Middleton (Matamata) 82.
