2 get Borstal

Two young men pleaded guilty in the Taupo Magistrate's Court last week to escaping from the Rangipo prison farm, near Turangi, last Tuesday. They were sentenced to Borstal training. Before Mr P. J. Trapski, SM, were Barry Kenneth Puklowski, 20, and Brian James Boyd, 17. Police said the two men disappeared from a workirtg party near the prison farm fence line shortly before 2 p.m. on Tuesday. They were recaptured near the property about mid-day on Wednesday.
