About People
A man who has been closely associated with agricultural extension, research and administration for many years has been appointed New Zealand commissioner to the British Phosphate Commission. He is Mr R. H. Bevin, of Wellington, who will take up his new appointment on February 1. He replaces Mr R. B. Tennent who is retiring.
