RYAN TOP HARRIER
Olympian Mike Ryan (Tokoroa) won the annual 10-mile harrier race at the Taupo Domain last Friday. His winning time, 51 minutes 51 seconds, carried him through the tape well clear of T. Watson (Wellington) and W. Smith (Napier). Local runner G. Chambers took the sealed handicap honours, from L. Green (Hawke's Bay Presbyterian) and M. Kerrison (Putaruru).
