CYCLES A few hints to prevent theft or assist in rqcovery. Make note of frame number. Note make, frame size colour, make of tyres. Make note of cycle key number. After dark lock your cycle in shed or take it inoors. Provide chain and padlock. MOTOR CARS Do not leave valuables in car. Lock the spare wheel secure ly. Lock the boot, doors, windows, roof, even if leaving the car for a short time only. Do not leave cameras and transistor sets in car; these are easily transportable. Instances where people have been killed by drivers making off with stolen cars. Have car keys on a ring and do not leave ignition key in the dashboard. Use car parks where possible. DOCTORS, DENTISTS, VETERINARY SURGEONS Do not leave drugs in the car. Where possible transport drivers should use specially recognised parking places and compounds.
