Pairs championship
Three two lifers and six with one life remained in the Taupo Bowling Club's pairs championship after the first rounds on Sunday. Eighteen teams entered and play under ideal conditions was confined to three games of 21 ends. The live teams are: Two lives: C. Loffley (skip) and J. Girardin; W. Potter (skip) and J. Benson; C.
