196 Trees Planted At Hilltop

The Hilltop School recently planted 196 trees in the school grounds. These included kowhai and akiaki as well as a few shrubs. This completes the second of the three stage planting programme. A pupils' committee has been appointed to supervise the care of the trees and shrubs. Next year, a similar scheme is to be undertaken, and this will complete the planting.
