Lake Ski Lanes To Be Discussed
Taupo Chamber of Commerce will request Internal Affairs Department to consider providing more ski lanes on Lake Taupo. This was decided at an executive meeting of the chamber on Thursday, when some members thought the facilities for water skiing on the lake were inadequate and insufficient. The chamber will invite a representative from the department to attend a meeting in Taupo to discuss the problem. All interested parties will be asked to attend. « THE TAUPO MEN'S hoekey team will be playing against Murupara on September 5. Further games against Tokoroa and Rotorua are expected later in the month.
