SIGNS AND HOARDINGS
Signs and hoardings in the Taupo County may be banned, reduced in size, or limited, according to a future decision of the council to be made when members view a list of existing signs. The council made this decision on Tuesday when it ? also decided to prohibit erec- - tion of a sign opposite the i Tauranga-Taupo school. The , counciPs discussion con1 cerns signs on private land 1 alongside the main highways.
