TWO GUIDES HONOURED
Two Taupo girl guides will be awarded Queen's guide certifica-tes at a ceremony in Taupo, on July 29. They are Patra Wong of the 1st Taupo guide company and Miriam Alexander from the 2nd company. It is probable the presentations will be made at the meeting of the Taupo Girl Guides' Association by the provincial commissioner, Mrs J. E. M. Ball. Both guides are pupils of the Taupo-nui-a-Tia College.
