FUtUC NOTtCES TAUPO COUNTY COUNCIL NOTIFICATION TO CLEAR NOXIOUS WEEDS PURSUANT to the Noxious Weeds Act, 1950, all occupiers of land in the Taupo County are required to clear land of the following weeds before OCTOBER 18, 1965:— HEMLOCK, RAGWORT, NODDING THISTLE, VARIEGATED THISTLE, ST. JOHN'S WORT, BARLEY GRASS, FOXGLOVE, BATHURST BURR. The following weeds are required to be cleared BEFORE JANUARY 31, 1966— LUPIN, BLACKBERRY, BROOM, GORSE, - SILVER POPLAB, TUTSAN, WATER HYACINTH. Attention is also drawn to the provision of SECTION 9 of the Act requiring owners of land adjoining a public road to clear noxious weeds to the centre of the road.
