CHANGE OF USE APPLICATION PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 38A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, that an application has been made to use 52 acres of the land described as Tauhara Middle No. 1 Block, Biock XV Tatua S.D. which has frontage to the northern side of Aerodrome Road approximately 30 chains east of Spa-Aratiatia Road and is adjacent to the access to the Lands and Survey Department nursery, for a site for a timber mill. The above mentioned land is zoned Rural in the undisclosed Section 3 of the Taupo County District Scheme and the proposal would constitute a change of use and would be a conditional use of the land concerned. The consent of the Council to the proposal will be subject to the applicant's compliance in all respects with its building by-laws, Code of Ordinances and all other relevant regulations. A plan of the proposed mill site is available for inspection at the Taupo County Offices. Any owner or occupier of property or any person who claims to be affected shall ! have the right to be heard by the Council in person or by counsel and to call evidence in support of his contention if he advises the Council to that effect NOT LATER than fourteen days after the date of the first publication of this notice, that is by the 29th June, 1965. The area is described as being within block 3 Tuhingamata West Survey District and lies on the Ben Lomond western boundary, adjacent to undeveloped Maori land.
