Gift To College From Resigning Board Member
After 16 years' service with school committees, and latterly with the Taupo-nui-a-Tia College Board of Governors in Taupo, Mr J. Murray on Tuesday night advised the board he would not be making himself available for i-e-election. To mark the end of his long service, Mr Murray presented the college library with a copy of Peter Mclntyre's "New Zealand." Members of the board paid tribute to Mr Murray's service and to his generosity in making such a fine Igift to the college.
