Picture Study

Photographers in the Taupo Camera Club are using their cameras to make a study of Lake i Taupo's trout. An expedition was made to the fish hatcheries at Turangi recently when members "shot" the fish from every conceivable angle in their efforts to get individual view-points. Last week members watched the work of other photographers when the club held on-e of its Embassy film evenings. The subjects of the films dealt with the photographic exploitation of an English river, a film on nature and one travelogue on Switzerland. The next major activity of the club will be the triangular competition, which the club hopes to hold in Taupo on June 26.
