Exotic Night For Members
Music, soft lights and Haw^iian dancing girls will all be part of the show when members of the Taupo Yacht Club hold their exotic cabaret evening in Taupo on Saturday. This will be the first major fund-raising scheme to help pay for the clubhouse, which is expected to be built soon. A double ticket will cost patrons £5, but they will be able to enjoy supper from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. and a professional variety show, which will be imported to Taupo for the occasion. A different act will be provided every half hour during the evening. All yacht club members have been invited to the evening, but the public will be admitted by invitation only.
