Free Kindergarten Fund
Mrs C. R. Watson, secretary of the Taupo Free Kindergarten Association, advises that the Gommittee wishes to acknowledge the generosity of the following whose gifts and assistance added to the success of the New Year Ball and the F'ather Christmas Cave: Messrs E. T. Smith, W. Price and M. Tierney, gifts of meat ; Mr lan T. Logan, pedal car for rafiile (won by Jonathan West) ; Mrs Attwood, doll's house, won by Mrs Grieves ; Mrs Snooks, Christmas cake, won by Mrs Tahau : Mr Gordon Fraser, donation, £2 7s; Mr R. Johnston, use of truck; Mr Albert Reid, who acted as Father Christmas ; Mr W. K. Francis, loan of costume.
