SPORTS GROUND WORKING BEE TOMORROW

Attendance at tlie Sports Ground worklng bee on Saturday last was disappointing and about 20 nian-hours only were worked. Mr G. A. Acres, chairman of the combined Sports Committee, points out that before rolling and mowing can be done all larger pumice, stones and glass must be removed. Last , Saturday a worker removed a .jagged glass fragment fO'Ur inches long protruding just above the ground. There wil-1 be another worklng bee tomorrow, Saturday, November 26, and if the work is not completed then further working bees will be held each evening next week at 5 p.m. It is up to sportsmen to put some time? into this work for their own good.
