Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Taupo Borough Council held on Wednesday the 19th day of October, 1955, a Resolution by way of Special Order as under was passecl: — That the Taupo Borough Council doth hereby in exercise of the powers vested in it- by Section 5 of the Municipal Corporations Act .1954 and in pursuance and exercise of every other power and authority enabling it in that behalf, resolves to change the Common Seal of the Corporation by superseding the existing Common Seal and replacing it with a new Common Seal on which the inscription is as follows: — THE COMMON SEAL OF THE MAYOR COUNCILLORS AND CITIZENS OF THE BOROUGH OF TAUPO. The resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held m the Council Chambers, Story Lane, Taupo, on Wednesday the 16th day of November, 1955. S.
