CLOSING OF BAKERY ANNOUNCED
An announcement has been made by Mr A. M. Smith, proprietor of Taupo Bakeries, one of the two bread baking businesses in Taupo, that the business is to he closed. A circular addressed to customers states that the decision to close has been made because of circumstances beyond the eontrol of the proprietor, and Vvith great reluctance. The decision will not be implemented for some little time, but the announcement has been made so that customers may have _an opportunity of making fresh arrangements for supplies from other sources.
