WAR ON STRAY DOGS
Over 160 dogs have been registered in the past few weeks by Mr L. E. Arbuckle, the Oouncil's dog registrar. A raid by Council staff early on Wednesday morning resulted in a number of unregistered dogs being impounded. Those not claimed were to be destroyed.
