NOTICES OF NEW COUNTY VALUATIONS WERE POSTED IN MAY
It^ollowing complaints made by dis■prict residents that they had not re notices from the Valuation ||Department showing the new valuailons of their properties as at Apri Blj 1955, the County Commissioner has feade enquiries from the Department. i||He has now been advised by th ■pepartment that notices for every piece'of land on the Taupo County iloll were duly posted by the Depart glent in May, 1955, and that, if ownl&s have not received them, it will Krobably be because of wrong adpjresses being on the roll. Bfehe County Commissioner therefore Kvises all owners who have not rejfl&Yed a valuation notice to write impBediately to the Valuation Departfeent at Hamilton supplyin£ full pame, address and description of Bjfeir land. Because the incorrect ■p|dresses on the roll may be the ones ilcorded in the County Office, resi§|&ts would be well advised, as well gis writing to the Valuation DepartBint,..to send their latest address to Ke County Office so that notices from ggpre will reach them promptly at Reir correct address.
