ELECTRICAL ENGINEER DISCUSSES LOW VOLTAGES

The Borough Councirs electrical eiigineer, Mr Lloyd Mandeno, met the • Council at a special meeting on Mon- - day afternoon last, when a general f discussiori took place on matters con--nected with the municipal hydroelectric scheme. f- The Mayor, Mr J. E.
