MOTUTERE POINT PUBLIC Notice is given that a proposal has been received at the Taupo County Office to establish a Tearoom and Store at Motutere Point, on 33 perches of land situated on Lot 6 Pt. OPAWA RANGITOTO No. 2F Block 11 Tokaanu S.D. The land is on the west side of the National Park State Highway and is on the south corner of the junction of Waitapu Street and the Highway. It is intended to consent to the proposal subject to the following conditions : — (1) The height of the building shall not exceed 30ft; the front yard shall be at least 15ft, side yards at least 15ft each and rear yard at least 25ft; and coverage of the site shall not exceed 35% (2) Adequate provision shall be made for off-street parking and the parking area shall be satisfactorily maintained with adequate entrance and exit which shall be located in Waitapu St., at least 20ft from intersection of State Highway; no access shall be permitted to the site on the frontage facing the State Highway. (3) Exterior walls of the building shall be covered with weatherboards or other approved materials; the elevational design of the building shall be of a satisfactory standard; no signboards or posters shall be erected without the approval of the County Commissioner; the land and buildings shall be maintainanced so as to preserve the amenities of the locality. Any owner or occupier of property may 'object to the proposed use of the* above property in writing, stating grounds of the objection, delivered at the Taupo County Office on or before the 10th July, 1955.
