RUGBY COMPETITION
Owing to the heavy rain last weekend the opening of the Taupo Rugby Sub-Union's competitions did not take place and all games have been postponed one week. Of the senior games scheduled for last Saturday, the Taupo v. Tokaanu game will be played tomorrow, April 30, at 2 p.m., at Tokaanu, while the United v. Maroa game will be played at 2.30 p.m. on Sunday, at Maroa. The Junior Competition, which was to have commenced tomorrow will not now commence until the following Saturday, May 7.
