A.C. BATH CHARGES

CONCESSION TICKETS TO REPLACE SEASON TICKETS The Borough Council at its recent meeting adopted a scale of charges to come into force when the new A.C. Baths are opened for public use. The use of season tickets is to be discontinued, owing to practical difficulties in checking on their use, and all holders of unexpired season tickets will be given concession tickets at the lowest rate to the value of the unexpired portion of their season ticket. The charge for the bath will be 9d per person, paid as users enter, and a number-recording turnstile will be installed which will record the numbers admitted. Concession tickets will be issued for adults in lots of 12 at 7/6, a cost of 7d per bath, or in lots of 48 at £1/4/-, a cost of 6d per bath. | Juvenile concession tickets will be | 5/- for 12, or 5d per bath, and 16/for 48, or 4d per bath. Hours when the Baths will be open were fixed as follows: — Monday to Friday inclusive, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
