Tuwharetoa Street Footpath.

A letter to the Borough Council, signed by Mr John Dixon and six other business people, of Tuwharetoa Street, asked for the sealing of the street from Tongariro Street to Ruapehu Street, and the formation of a footpath on the north side of the street. It was decided to advise the signatories that the street was scheduled for sealing, and that preliminary work on the footpath would be started shortly, but could not be completed until the Lake Hotel building was completed.
