McKay Cup Competition. In th,e McKay Cup game at Taupo last Sunday United beat Maroa, 14—3, and thus qualify to play in the final. It was not possible to play the College Old Boys v. Tongariro match at Taupo as scheduled for Saturday last, as advice of the change of venue from Tokaanu to Taupo came too late to enable Tongariro to notify their team. Consequently the C.O.B. v. Tongariro game is still to be played, and the winning team will then meet United in the final. ❖ >! ❖ Junior Reps. To Play Napier. The Third Grade Taupo Rep. team to play the Napier under-18 reps. at Taupo tomorrow, Saturday August 14, at 1.30 p.m., will be chosen from the following 19 players. Backs: — Tohe Rameka (U); W.
