VALUE OF PARSLEY
Possibly not one person in ten consumes the parsley that is served with fish and many other dishes, yet parsley is one of the heaviest loaded sources of Vifamin A. Also, parsley is outstanding as a breath purifier, including the removal of the odour of garlic, onions and tobacco.
