INTER-SCHOOL SPORTS
A SUCCESSFUL DAY — — — # In perfect weather, and with a good attendance of the public, an inter-school sports programme was carried out successfully and enjoyably in the Taupo Domain on Friday last February 26th. Teams from the Taupo District High School, Oruanui, Maroa, Waitahanui, Otukou, Mokai and TaurangaTaupo were represented. A feature of the programme was the display of acrobatics given by the physical training team from Maroa School. The youngsters all had a good day, and there was an abundance of refreshments. Following are the results of the teams competitions: — Tabloid — Otukou 1, Waitahanui 2, Oruanui 3. Rugby Pass — Maroa 1, TaurangaTaupo 2, Taupo 3. Time 3m. 57Js.
