Building permits approved during the month ending January 13 were reported by the Borough Council's Inspector, Mr G. M. Crickett, to show a total value of £13,041, an increase of £3310 on the previous month. Details were as follows: — New residence, five, value £13,446; Holiday accommodation, one, £1000; Additions, six, £1625; Wood shed, one £30; Club House (Rowing Club), one, £250.
