BUILDING IN TAUPO
Reporting to the Town Board meeting on Weanesday 21st the Building Inspector stated that twenty-three plans and specifications had been checked and approved for the issue of building permits during the month ended 20th October. The tatai estimated value of the pro$Dsed buildings was £117,007. Details of the buildings were as follows: — 1 Hotel £99,652; 7 dwellings £11,535; 7| additions £4,955; 4 garages £485; 2 sheds £130; 1 temporary accommodation £250; 1 shop value to be submitted. Eighteen inspections had been made and all work progressing satisfactorily.
