VIEWS OF CANDIDATES
The following brief statements have been supplied to the "Times" by a number of candidates for seats on the Borough Council, in response to an offer made in the last issue of the paper. It will be understood, of course, that the statements are not intended as full oulines of policy. The space available does not allow of candidates dealing completely or fully with public affairs. As reported elsewhere a public meeting is to take place in Rickit's' Hall on Tuesday evening next at 8 p.m, \ All candidates have been invited by the Mayor-elect, Mr J. E. Story, to be present and to speak. Mr Story will give a report on the Town Board's last term, during which he has been its Chairman. ! Candidates whose views are given below have been grouped into sitting members of the Town Board, and new candidates, and arranged alphabetically in each group.
