MAJESTIC THEATRE
Following closely upon her role in "The Elusive Pimpernel" Margaret Leighton enjoys another great success starring with Walter Pidgeon in "Calling Bulldog Drummond," to be seen at the Majestic Theatre tomorrow, Saturday 17th. "Dallas," showing next Wednesday, is a story of the American Civil War starring Gary Cooper and Ruth Roman, with Steve Cochran, Raymond Massey and Barbara Payton in strong supporting roles. The stars of "Anything Can Happen," the comedy to be shown on Thursday are both one-time Academy Award winners, Jose Ferrer whose Award was won in "Cyrano de Bergerac" and Kim Hunter, who obtained hers for a supporting role in "A Streetcar Named Desire." "Back at the Front" is the attraction next Friday. It takes the popular comedy pair "Willie and Joe" to Tokio where as battle hardened G.I.'s they figure in some uproarious adventures with a beautiful Oriental Spy.' A Royal Command Technicolor film, "Where no Vultures Fly," is to be seen on Saturday of next week, and on the following Monday, Labour Day, Ray Milland and Hedy Lamarr will star in "Cooper Canyon," another Technicolor.
