School holidays had depleted all teams last Saturday and extras had to be fielded. Two selectors were on the field and were pleased with the manner in which Primary School, ihaking a first appearance, held Huka tp low scores, no easy task with R. Jenkins .(H) on form. Results were: Huka 13 defeated Primary 5; High School 7 defeated Crusaders 6. B. tBramley (C) impressed, on her first appearance this season, as a player with ability. Others to catch the eye were K. Reid (P.S.), M. Pitiroi (H), M. Scott (C), S. George (H.S.), J. Bogue (H), and R. Sinclair (C). Next Saturday's draw is High School v. Primary, 1.30 p.m. and Huka v. Crusaders, 2.30 p.m.
