Businessmen's President & Chairman.
The Businessmen's Association's quarterly general meeting last week decided that the offices of president, and chairman of the Executive Committee, should rotate annually, the retiring president to remain on the Executive ex-officio for the ensuing year. A motion to this etfect, of which notiee had been given, was moved by r Smith and was eaiTied with one dissentient.
