TAUPO DRAMATIC SOCIETY

"NIGHT WAS OUR FRIEND" Those who enjoyed the Taupo Dramatic Society 's production "Blithe Spirit," will be looking forward to the winter programme planned to commence next month. Rehearsals are in full swing for the first play, "Night Was Our Friend," a drama by Michael Pertwee. This will be produced by Mr Charles Leslie at Rickit's Hall on Wednesday and Thursday, May 13 and 14. The cast includes Grace Booth and Tom Curham in the leading parts, and in support Jean Dixon, Kath Reid, Wally Fulford, George Anchor and Charles Leslie. Good progress is being made in rehearsals. Preferential bookings open at the Taupo Book Club on Friday and public bookings on Monday.
