NOTES RE RATES We wish to draw attention to a change in our method of charging for elassified advertisements in the TIMES. Commencing with our next issue, the charge for these advertisements, up to 30 words, will be as before when the advertisement is paid for cash. When the advertisement is booked, there will be a hooking charge of sixpence extra per msertioit, to cover costs of increased postage on invoice, statement and receipL, and book-keepiiig costs. The change does not apply to elassified advertisemeiits over thirty woxds, nor to those inserted • on contract.
